Awful Lower Managment in New England Heavily Outweighed the Good Benefits. - Controls Technician Trane Employee Review

Lower management was very difficult to work for. They had unrealistic expectations and would reprimand you for not working while off the clock (not to address an emergency or anything, just normal work after you clock out) My supervisor had a strict rule against OT hours being charged to their job. When it was Friday and I hit my 40 hours my supervisor would be beside himself when I told him I wasn't going to stay late and work off the clock for free. The other supervisors would call and reprimand me for not working late. The culture was terrible.
