      The pros would be only if you wanted to assimilate to the culture of wasting time the companies money and pretending to work.

      Cons

      Extremely liberal. Ask employees to come to work on time and they tell HR you are picking on them. Then make up stories and lies about you and management does nothing. Employees are caught steeling time and it’s okay with management. Toxic dishonest employees. Upper management disconnected from reality.
