      Pros

      Trane is a wonderful company to work for. Excellent benefits, great leadership, wonderful work environment. Training is provided that is easy to understand and thorough. Everyone really works together as a team.

      Cons

      Sometimes there seems to be little opportunity for growth into higher positions. It would be nice to see an opportunity for people to grow in their positions as well as throughout the company.
