The job is not particularly difficult, especially if you go through the training and understand the sales process.
Cons
They do not value diversity in sales people, I was one of 4 women in this position in the state of Texas. There is one woman left after I worked there for two years. They are trying to reform from being a boys club, but they are more concerned with their image than actual diversity.
