Not customer oriented - Anonymous employee Trane Employee Review

Employees act as if customers do not matter. The phones will ring and ring. If the counter likes you they will pick up. Other wise the phone continues to ring. There are no resources for employees to do there job. Management does not care or is not willing to work on the culture.
