      Health benefits and 401k. Just the health benefits that go up every year you receive a 2% raise and the 401k 6% company match.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. Mandatory overtime is excessive. Highly sexualized work environment. Inexperienced Human Resources team. Basic company policies not followed. No investment in employee career progression.
