      Pros

      A great corporation as a whole. There are great benefits and perks and management seems to care about the overall well being of their employees. Pay is good as well depending on the position.

      Cons

      A bad egg at a high level can have dramatic impact on a branch. The overwhelming majority of locations I dealt with in Trane are great places to work . . . but there are a few to steer clear of.
