Pros

working remote which isn’t really saying much

Cons

First starters during the interview process they said uncapped commision. Which far from the truth. In my personal experience with the company, our training group was a decent size. Our first trainer got off topic alot and we mostly spent a good amount chitchatting then learning which was super frustrating when you got on the floor and realized how much wasn’t really gone over. We had another trainer (she ended up moving up to a team supervisor) but she clearly had favorites and it was something that was discussed and pointed out by many of us. When I was on the floor, the TS I had was amazing he truly was one of my favorite parts about this job. They did a huge cut of employees on the US side saying demands weren’t there but amped up employees on the PH side which seemed odd/ somewhat shady. They also never discussed the payment plan options in detail just said we had them and when I had a client asked and wanted to know I was astonished with the fees. Big on “we were founded by vets, we care about vets” they also won’t work with a client/ vet again because it’s not a big pay out for them

We appreciate you sharing this. You brought up training consistency, clarity around expectations, and how role and compensation details are heard. When those parts are not clear, it can really shape how a role feels day to day. Wishing you all the best moving forward.

Pros

Supportive management team that is accessible when you need help. Flexible remote work environment. Meaningful work helping veterans, disabled individuals, and people seeking legal assistance. Opportunity to hear impactful client stories and see the difference the services make in people’s lives. Positive and collaborative team culture. Strong focus on customer experience and client satisfaction. Good work-life balance compared to many sales or customer-facing roles. Management values employee feedback and is willing to listen to concerns. Opportunities to develop communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills. Consistent support, coaching, and resources to help employees succeed. Ability to work across multiple business lines, which keeps the role interesting and varied. Leadership recognizes good performance and employee contributions. Conducting testimonial interviews is rewarding because you get to hear firsthand success stories from clients. The role helps build professional interviewing, storytelling, and content-gathering skills. Every day is different due to the variety of client experiences and backgrounds. Supportive leadership, great remote work environment, and meaningful work that allows me to hear client success stories every day. Management provides the tools and support needed to succeed, and I feel valued as an employee. The culture is collaborative, and there are opportunities to develop strong communication and interviewing skills while helping highlight the positive impact our services have on clients.

Cons

Not applicable for me, I love working here.
