Pros

• Work from home (although better work life balance for on site jobs) • Purpose and mission • Some great and knowledgeable coworkers

Cons

• Severe level of micromanagement • AI takeover. Prefers AI standpoint over human bodies with experience. • Layoffs (even veterans… so much for helping veterans?) • 100% QA is not even good enough • Constant changes, some beneficial but most are not. The changes have made such a negative environment for staff. • Only room for growth if you know someone • Poor work life balance. Expectations to stay over shift when “salary” but not able to follow “salary” standards any other time. • Recent news article has some truth, despite denying it. Questionable ethics and morals. • Call Center Environment • Can’t trust current leadership, despite how they come off to you • Truly a job that just thinks your a replaceable body.

Pros

Supportive management team that is accessible when you need help. Flexible remote work environment. Meaningful work helping veterans, disabled individuals, and people seeking legal assistance. Opportunity to hear impactful client stories and see the difference the services make in people’s lives. Positive and collaborative team culture. Strong focus on customer experience and client satisfaction. Good work-life balance compared to many sales or customer-facing roles. Management values employee feedback and is willing to listen to concerns. Opportunities to develop communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills. Consistent support, coaching, and resources to help employees succeed. Ability to work across multiple business lines, which keeps the role interesting and varied. Leadership recognizes good performance and employee contributions. Conducting testimonial interviews is rewarding because you get to hear firsthand success stories from clients. The role helps build professional interviewing, storytelling, and content-gathering skills. Every day is different due to the variety of client experiences and backgrounds. Supportive leadership, great remote work environment, and meaningful work that allows me to hear client success stories every day. Management provides the tools and support needed to succeed, and I feel valued as an employee. The culture is collaborative, and there are opportunities to develop strong communication and interviewing skills while helping highlight the positive impact our services have on clients.

Cons

Not applicable for me, I love working here.
