A bunch of 30-32 year old children running around giving themselves and each other overinflated C-level and V-level titles and desperately over-the-top trying to differentiate themselves from the rest of the 26 year olds they manage. Expect sexual harassment, potentially illegal threats for wrongful termination based on sexual harassment, poor management, and underpayment. I literally got a $40,000 pay increase by moving to a similar position at a different company. The entire business model is to ignore 7 products that are floundering on life support and just go acquire a new successful product to see if THIS product will be the one that fixes everything before that one is ruined too and you move on to try to find magic product number 9. Rinse and repeat.
