Pros
TTI provides lots of on-site training so CEU's are not a problem to obtain. The employees genuinely care about all the consumers and want to go above and beyond.
Cons
Case loads are high. There is a high turn over rate, likely due to burn out. As a result of the turn over the consumer's staff is constantly changing causing stress for the consumer.
