      Good benefits. Training for several different things.

      Cons

      Poor management and supervision. High turnover rate. Poor pay for expected caseload. So much training at the beginning, only to be thrown into the wild after 2 days in the office. Depending on role in office, you might not have any supervision support after first couple of weeks.

Unfortunately, there are times when Supervisors are not available to address each situation as it happens and they trust that you have received training to enable you to respond appropriately. Respect is a cornerstone at TTI and something we value and expect from all staff.

      Pros

      The health insurance is really good. It's affordable, and coverage is really good. I really also like my jobs and the friends I've made here. Good team environment.

      Cons

      Lack of base pay raises. There are good incentives to boost your pay, so that helps.
