Pros

Great company, great culture, full of genuine and decent people.

Cons

Nothing too much. There's a horizontal org structure which sometimes leads to confusion.

Pros

Great to place to work if you’re socially awkward

Cons

You will get the ick if you’re not socially awkward. Nerds, losers, goobers, weenies abound. Passive-aggressive environment. A company that prides itself on improving communication and workflow for others, has awful internal communication and workflow. The work done is unoriginal, outdated, and oftentimes cringey. Many leaders of the company (senior ODTCs) think they are bigshots, but are awful to interact with/out of touch with the rest of the company. The mid-level employees who will soon take over the reins are no better; extremely socially awkward, uninspiring, unaccountable. The company is a dead zone when it comes to any sort of unity/culture, unless you’ve been there for at least 10 years, and even many company veterans seem as though they are over it.
