      Pros

      People are very supportive of your growth; they entertain questions and suggest helpful resources. They also have highly specific work standards so that it's clear how your output should be. The work itself is also very informative, and the benefits are very good. The company spares no expense in ensuring that you feel valued.

      Cons

      Their work standards are highly specific, which may come across as rigid and difficult to adhere to. The work itself can also be very demanding, which may leave you with little to no time to attend to matters at home (we were in a work-from-home setup).

      - Approachable co-workers - Fun/Enjoyable events - Allowances (Lunch-outs)

      Cons

      - Time-tracker (although replaced with a more efficient timer is still not suited for employees who demand more mental work (thinking/conceptualization) than physical work (typing/keyboard-mouse interaction) - Poor management with high overconfidence (would make aspiring promises for overall company growth only to layoff employees in order to save costs) -High degree of uncertainty (previous layoffs have been made, thus it's unclear whether the business is sustainable and that people would still be able to work here)

      Pros

      Great team. All of the people in my team are easy to approach and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Got retrenched. Couldn’t say I didn’t see this coming but it was a still a shock, nevertheless. Workload was heavy as well.
