Very supportive job. I’ve never felt so heard by my boss and the owner. My partners job required me to move or I would still be at Traina.

Owner/CEO is not very present. Most BCBAs are inexperienced and not receiving enough mentorship. Kids programs are not updated often enough so they have less growth than they might otherwise. Staff not trained properly in prompting strategies and how to support behaviors like SIB/aggression. Kids programs are often lacking detail. Parental call outs were very often for little reason, so hours were hard to come by even if you were scheduled for enough. Also. Pay attention to the verbage of positive company reviews on Google/LinkedIn - most of them are fake or paid for. CEO seems supportive at first but engages in shady behavior like this and can be vindictive to employees who move to other jobs. My next ABA job taught me just how little training I actually had at Traina.
