- free gym membership & add on perks from other clubs - fairy nice colleagues - ok pay
Cons
- very long hours - constant issues and rudness coming from the entitled members - higher management focuses only on the KPI's - they do have favourites - they don't fix issues at the club fast - no lunch room so you basically have to eat your lunch in the open while working - they want one person per shift most of the time - replace you within one week
