The hours were ok for retail sales.

Training was on the fly. The product was average with a lot of production issues. The have very unrealistic revenue goals. So KPI’s were very hard to achieve. And don’t think you’re safe with a good review from your district manager. Because all that matters is Revenue. With terrible margins good luck on the revenue goals. They have stores all over the Country missing for months at I time.
