Pros
I joined Traild over a year ago, and throughout that time, the culture has only gotten stronger as we've continued to grow. In my professional experience, that's quite rare. For me, working at Traild comes down to three things: the people, the opportunities and the trust. 1. The people: From leadership down, everyone is supportive and accessible. Colleagues are sharp and generous with their time, and it genuinely feels like everyone is pulling in the same direction. 2, The opportunities: The chance to grow is real. I've been trusted with scope I didn't expect, brought into cross-functional work outside my remit, and provided with the opportunities to attend training/courses with external leaders. The support has been there from day one. 3. The trust: The way Traild trusts its people changes how you show up. You're treated as someone capable of making great decisions, and backed when you do, but at the same time, there's a real safety net when something doesn't quite land. If you want a place that invests in you and gives you room to run and grow, this is it.
Cons
With the pace of growth, processes are sometimes still being built in real time. That said, leadership is actively investing in making sure the foundations keep pace.
