      Pros

      Traild has been a really positive place to work. The leadership team is thoughtful and transparent, and it feels like people genuinely care about building a good company, not just growing fast. The team is one of the biggest strengths. People are smart, supportive, and easy to work with. There is a strong sense of collaboration and people are open to new ideas. The company is growing quickly which makes the work interesting and gives you opportunities to take on new challenges and learn a lot. It feels like we are building something meaningful for customers and there is real momentum behind the product.

      Traild is a great company. They offer a solid growing product. Management is very supportive of building a strong culture.

      With a company in growth mode, there can be too many chiefs. Sometimes, not always going the same direction.

      Pros

      Traild is great for one thing. A base pay. If you plan on living on that, you’ll be fine. However. You can give this company everything you have, and it still won’t be enough. They make it so you have to hit 80% of an unrealistic quota in order to to see ANY of your commission. The only place I’ve ever seen do this. Absolute trash company. Even worse leadership they do not have any understanding of the American market. They think what works in Australia will work in America. Massive disconnect between reality and the awful product that no one needs.

      Just about it all. Awful company that thinks sales influencers on social media know how to sell and book meetings
