      - Perks and Benefits could be better - Lack of resources (employees) available for the amount of upcoming projects in the pipeline, but they are working on recruiting

      Pros

      Amazing family owned business; once hired, you really feel like part of the family too! The company is growing rapidly, and they are great at promoting from within. There is not shortage of growth opportunities!

      Cons

      Some of the systems are a little (or a lot) outdated; on the bright-side, the company is committed to investing in these systems and making the necessary updates.

      Great team, always willing to help each other. Great collaboration. Culture is great and it comes from the top. Excellent perks and people are well recognized for their contribution

      Cons

      Nothing really to complain about. Some of the systems are legacy and outdated but we are building new ones to move the company forward
