Pros
Good product roadmap but no one knows how to implement it. Evening snacks.
Cons
Office politics will keep you entertained throughout your stay. Zero focus on employee's skill development. No work-life balance. You won't get appreciated for completing your work on time. Work all night if you want to get a little appreciation (taunting other employees for not working all night). Performance bonus is just on paper. Old tech stack. Very little to no office hygiene.
