Communication with home office could improve.

Co workers are nice. Some Management is nice and peaceful to work with. Usually flexible with hours during off season. At times is easy to talk to Home Office. the company has a small company feel to it although they currently have 90 + stores all throughout the US. The company is growing. Anyone can move up because there are no trainings and no hiring policies implemented.

The owner is not willing to listen to new and exciting ideas. Management (Home Office) needs to be managed. Everyone at HO is doing their own thing and not really communicating with lower level management. If you don't like retail don't work here, hours are long and Christmas season isn't the best. There is no training procedure implemented, kinda just throw you out there. They do have 401K however they don't give any other benefits, you have to pay for your benefits if you want dental or medical. Inventory procedures are outdated.
