Management and HR play favoritism. They sweep problems under the rug. Write ups out the ying-yang that state lies. Let people who do drugs continue to work there and drive the work vehicles. Hard to get promoted when written up constantly for everything because you're not a favorite to Management. Former employees have slept Management to get jobs and promotions. Now as of May 2025, they're under investigation by OSHA. No wonder both office managers left!
