Pros
I have climbed the ladder in Traffic right from the bottom. Faced many challenges - not one of them exclusive to traffic - every competitive workplace requires only the best to climb up. Challenges ensures merit. "If it's not challenging it's not worth it." Best thing about Traffic is that management gives equal opportunities to all employees regardless of seniority/department or region. Something I didn't see in the best MNCs out there. Traffic values and rewards competence.
Cons
Same challenges as any other digital advertising agency. Traffic struggles a bit with keeping all departments in synergy. But with so many creative and diverse minds at work - it's understandable.
