Working outside and not having to deal with the public. Healthy work/life balance. Reasonable compensation with good benefits. This company and those in leadership roles practice qhat they preach and actually care about those that work here.
Cons
I haven't personally come across any cons. However, some may find that the occasional out-of-town work or occasional night-work to be a con. But both are fairly rare.

Pros
Set schedule. Pay was decent. Medical Benefits were cheap.
Cons
Toxic environment. If you do one thing wrong they won't let you forget it. Don't be late ever, they will constantly remind you. They say they are family but if you talk to much to their standard you repeatedly get told there's too much chit chat. Can only talk about work. Unless it's the managers they can talk about their personal lives all they want. They say they want you to choose your family over work but if you decide to leave they'll make bets on how long until you come back. You do whatever the managers dont want to do and get told constantly how it only gets harder and more work. Doesn't make you feel confident in your abilities. Also lots of false promises. I could go on but I digress.
