Pay was alright, that was the only pro.
Cons
Poor communication from day one, from top down. Training was weak, and management did very little to assist in training or defining clear expectations. The owners are out of touch. The communication between departments is almost non-existent. Recruiters will tell drivers whatever is necessary to get a driver in the truck, but what they tell drivers isn't even close to reality which causes issues between operations and the drivers.
