Hello - Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with TradingBells. We would like to proudly highlight that we are one of the very few companies in Indore who ensure the employees get their full salary, directly in their bank accounts and on time (1st of every month) We take every effort to ensure the employee understands his/her salary package before they join, so there is no misunderstanding at the time of payouts. For those working in Sales department, the package includes a variable component which would be made explicitly clear before you join - do let us know if that was not the case. This is paid once you achieve your assigned targets, which is also made clear before you join. Unless you take excessive leave, we have not had instances of anyone getting paid less than what is promised and written on their contracts. Our 70+ workforce strength can vouch for that too.
