Bully culture from management in one on one catchups. Was not assigned anyone to ask for guidance during onboarding so had to face management constantly. Split shifts covering multiple timezones which really crept up during time at home.

There’s a lot of trust and autonomy, so you feel ownership of your work but also know that support is there whenever you need it. The culture is collaborative and positive, with colleagues who want to see each other succeed.
