The board of directors is the main problem. They lack involvement and aren't active in their assessment of the school. Turnover is rampant. 8 different principals in 7 years! Often who is hired is whoever will take the job at the least pay. They profess Christianity but very often don't walk the walk. Gossip is horrible, especially from the stay at home moms who ran the parent teacher association for years, but also from the principals and teachers. The stay at home moms are privileged and entitled. They serve their own best interest by sucking up to certain teachers so their kids get special treatment. Some teachers don't even have college degrees. No one will tell you how they really feel,to your face but you'll hear it from others. It's about as backwards of a school and community as they come. So incredibly sad!
