Regarding your concerns about pay, the compensation and hourly rate for the Lead Gen position are aligned with market standards for telemarketing roles in the Midwest. As a growing company, Trader PhD offers a variety of benefits, including covering 50% of medical insurance premiums, as well as dental, vision, and voluntary benefits, along with free fitness center access. While we introduced a 401(k) plan two years ago, we have not yet been able to offer a 401(k) match but remain optimistic about providing this in the future.
