During my time with the company, I experienced constant internal disorganization and very little clarity about roles or processes. Payments were often delayed, there was no onboarding or offboarding procedure or task handover, and employee turnover was extremely high. Leadership lacked direction, and communication across teams was poor, leaving employees to handle complex issues without proper guidance or support. The emotional toll and lack of recognition eventually wear down even the most motivated people.
