Pros

I left my steady, well-paying, retail management job in search of a position offering better opportunity for growth within the company. I luckily stumbled upon Trademark Management Group about 5 months ago and am not only already making my way up the ladder, but am also making loads more per week than any managerial role I've previously held. The company does a great job outlining all expectations and really giving you all the tools needed to be successful and move up. Aside from that, I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day, which I cannot say is true for any other job I've had. The team at Trademark is very welcoming and almost like a little family in their own way, amazing people to be around all day. Though we do have a lot of fun in the office everyday, hard work is valued around here, so if you're not willing to WORK while you're at WORK then this may not be the place for you, sorry.

Cons

The office that we're in now is a little janky because it's under renovations. Some times you're required to actually work while you're at work.

Pros

I learned a lot while at trademark! i learned how to manage myself as well as others and there was so much growth potential! if my family was not moving i would still be there!

Cons

I had to move and there is no office where mu family is moving to for me to transfer to.

Pros

nice people, laid back environment

Cons

Basically a pyramid scheme. They tell you you'll make it to management within a year and open your own office, with any campaign you want etc. but realistically you are wasting your time going door to door all day (literally all day-I wouldn't get home until 10 pm sometimes). The pay is horrible, all commission and only if the service was installed (door to door selling verizon fios) Each installation was maybe $200-$300 depending on package the customer bought. The hours were ridiculous you had to be there by 10 am to do nothing but "practice pitch" and you would go to the field at 1 ish , walk around until 8ish and have only one car per team. You would be in the field with no bathroom, and sometimes walking around in unsafe areas.

We wish you had a better experience here at Trademark. We do not require any payment from employees to work nor do other employees make money off other employees so the whole pyramid comment is out of the question. Employees are paid by the company. We have several position we hire for, one of those positions being residential sales for our clients like Verizon Fios. If employees do not want that position you could have expressed that and there could be other opportunities. Hours of operation are from 10-7:30 which is expressed through each part of the interview. Yes, we are hiring for managers to open or oversee new locations. Within our 7 years of business we opened 30 locations which were all promotions from within. Again, we are sorry this opportunity was not for you and wish you best in the future. -HR
