Pros
Having a big name after AliBaba does help in many ways. The company atmosphere is pretty relaxed. Different departments and the best part is you can switch between them beside the fact that you are deserving. Overly bureaucratic hence minimum chance of doing out of the box things.
Cons
Company only treat sales team as their hero's, support them, compensate them and retain them as compare to individuals who are in Service Delivery (manages the accounts of worth $50,000 above) act as a backbone for nothing.
