Bad leadership, bad result - Warehouse Manager Tradefull Employee Review

Working weekends is not much fun

There are no pros to working at this company.

Working at Tradefull has been a disheartening experience. The company culture is steeped in unnecessary drama and toxicity which makes the work environment extremely challenging. Despite promises of growth and training, there is a severe lack of proper onboarding or ongoing training for employees. This gap in preparation leaves staff ill-equipped to handle their roles effectively. Customer relations are strained due to the company's practices of overpromising and failing to fulfill commitments, especially concerning payments. As a result, frustrated customers frequently vent their anger on the customer support staff, who are not supported by management to handle such situations. The newly appointed CEO, Sudahker V., who was appointed CEO in December, has unfortunately not improved matters. Overall, I would not recommend Tradefull to potential employees or partners. The company needs significant changes in management and culture to meet the basic standards of a healthy workplace and reliable business partner.
