Just about everything. The benefits are competitive if not better than anywhere else I've been. The work environment and culture is fantastic. I come to work happy everyday and leave the same way. I am 42yrs old, and have many yrs left in my career and never plan on leaving. My management team from senior to my direct supervisor are top notch. It's a true team environment.

The only con is that some of our equipment is dated. Tractors and such. So if you were a inexperienced driver you could possibly get yourself in to trouble.

Relatively easy, non-demanding work and 3 shifts to work on.

Hard to get days off. work 36-38 hours a week without potential for full time.
