Easy work but hard to get days off - Lab Supervisor Tradebe Employee Review

Just about everything. The benefits are competitive if not better than anywhere else I've been. The work environment and culture is fantastic. I come to work happy everyday and leave the same way. I am 42yrs old, and have many yrs left in my career and never plan on leaving. My management team from senior to my direct supervisor are top notch. It's a true team environment.

The only con is that some of our equipment is dated. Tractors and such. So if you were a inexperienced driver you could possibly get yourself in to trouble.

Quick to hire, nothing else good

Very bad company to work for, nobody trains you and work is dangerous. People always get burned or chemicals on them and nobody cares
