TradeZero has an incredible culture. Everyone is super friendly, talented and hard working. I have learned so much from working with my peers and the leadership values everyone's input/feedback.
Cons
TradeZero faces many of the common challenges that startups face. Some weeks you've got to put in the extra time to meet a deadline or deal with production issues after hours, though, this has improved dramatically over the years as we have scaled up and have more supporting teams.
