I enjoyed working with them during my first years, new environment, new colleagues, and good staff and colleagues.
Cons
- You will clean the entire office ( ceiling, floor, etc. ) even if it is not your Job - You will work on your own paperwork no HR at all - The CEO is the HR/office admin you will directly ask him for everything. - You will buy your office pantry supplies, water, tissue, etc. - You will learn on your own, since the management will not give you proper training and boot camp, no trainer, no LMS, no workflow, but Im thankful to my Team lead back then she was a handful leader, and she will do whatever it takes to teach us in DATA TEAM, she's very knowledgeable, I hope I can work with her again in the future. - You will follow up on your salaries to the CEO every month - The CEO is always yelling - Blaming GAME - You will cry on your increase because they promise that they will give a raise but in the end all their promises are EMPTY
