Pros
TradeTracker is a fantastic place to work. With regards to the business as a whole; the product and technology is incredible, a great deal of care is put into the clients on the network and this is shown by the results, for this reason I could carry out my duties with great pride. In terms of my fellow employees, I felt welcomed from day one, constantly supported and always given the opportunity to learn more. The reason TradeTracker is so successful and having an increasing presence in the industry is because the people that work there have a great deal of care for what they do. Throughout all of the offices worldwide TradeTracker is made of genuinely nice people which made my time there a lot of fun. I am looking forward to see where TradeTracker will be over the next few years as the new technology being released will definitely not go unnoticed. I will also definitely keep in touch with everybody at TradeTracker, as I can call them my friends as well as former co-workers.
Cons
For me, the only downside of working at TradeTracker was that the Affiliate Marketing industry was not where my heart was. Athough I learnt a lot and was able to develop a certain level of passion, I could not be completely happy at TradeTracker because it is not the industry I feel I was supposed to be working in. I have gained valuable experience with the company, and now that I am chasing my dreams it will be beneficial for TradeTracker to have someone in my place that is extremely driven by affiliate marketing. I'd like to see the company do as well as possible.
