Good oportunities to learn and to acquire new skills. Depending on the team, job can be rewarding.
Cons
There is a strange culture of favoring the ones with more power and applying exceptions for them just because of their job title. Some managers enjoy micromanagement and other toxic practices and it is difficult to have an impartial outcome from HR when they get involved (because of the above mentioned reasons)
