      Pros

      Fun team to work on in fast paced environment. Good compensation.

      Cons

      A lot of turnover and lack of resources. Company was cutting workforce dramatically at time I left. Had trouble deciding if they were Brokerage Company or Technology Company.

      Pros

      -Pay for entry level role -ability to be fully licensed -managers are great-two 15 min breaks

      Cons

      -5 days in office -8 to 5 work shifts with unpaid lunch -call center -talking to old people all day that cant navigate anything -Extremely busy at times -You will be talking ALL. DAY.
