Pros
Remote work, with a stipend to buy equipment for working from home.
Cons
They lay off entire teams without cause, giving employees no notice or time to look for another job. Promotions go almost exclusively to US-based employees, leaving little to no room for people from Latin America to grow within the company. The unlimited vacation policy isn't really honored in practice, and employees end up working overtime that goes unpaid.
