3yWe appreciate and value your feedback and we regret to hear the experience you report. However, we are actively and regularly benchmarking our roles to make sure we are competitively compensating our employees in our market and have the benchmark data that shows that our benefit package is equal to or better than other companies in our market. A majority of our workforce is remote and we offer very accommodating and flexible schedules, but our in-office locations are indeed meant to be in-office now that we have the ability to be back in person, working collaboratively to achieve our missions and goals and do not recruit for those positions as remote or hybrid roles.
We continually strive to make our employee experience the best it can be and through transparency, our commitment to seeking out and timely responding to employee feedback, our open door policies, etc., we hope to achieve that for each of our valued team members.
