Pros

There are a lot of pros to working at TradePMR. The company is currently growing rapidly allowing for current employees to move into higher positions within the organization. The hours are nice and the culture friendly and encouraging.

Cons

To hold certain positions, you do have to achieve licensing through FINRA. Those tests can be difficult to pass.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. You are right, we are currently growing rapidly. It is an exciting time at TradePMR. Some of the FINRA tests can be hard. TradePMR does provide study materials and covers the cost of FINRA exams to help promote the professional growth of our staff.

The firm genuinely wants to help you succeed, and the team is very personable if you put in the effort to meet them. Appreciate the individualized help and ability to learn. This was my first internship so I was grateful for the professional development and ability to learn.
