Pros

I worked at Tradedoubler for a number of years and to begin with it was a great place to work, lots of opportunity and progression. The culture was great and it's such a shame a few people have ruined it in regards to culture.

Cons

In the last year it has become a really unpleasant place to work and I would discourage anyone from working here. The environment is truly toxic with a select circle being given the top jobs purely based on loyalties and no consideration given to relevant experience or skills. The company used to be a market leader but since then has not developed in the slightest and will continue to fail and lose clients. Employees are treated terribly once they leave and totally thrown under the bus. I think the fact that current employees are continually asked to leave positive Glassdoor reviews which are entirely fake speaks for itself.

Pros

Young and dynamic workforce though the company needs to set a clear strategy and direction for them to get going again

Cons

Constant change in management, the CEO has recently changed again after less than 2 years despite good performance from him and his team.

Pros

Flexible working, No micromanagement, Good colleagues.

Cons

Wants to implement an "AI strategy" but still runs on spreadsheets and clunky systems from the 00s. Huge disconnect between what salespeople tell clients and what can actually be delivered. Management doesn't do much all day and doesn't really know how to resolve issues, mostly they just pass the problem to a different employee without making any changes. Several (as in 5+) people have resigned due to low pay and nothing was done about it other than force everyone else to accept a longer notice period.
