      - great tech stack - fun product built with a lot of love

      Cons

      - seen the entire engineer department get turned over - they never hire for pertinent roles when team members leave - new managers not taking steps to make sure current team members don't burnout

      Pros

      - Coworkers are great, good sense of camaraderie and everyone works very hard - Flexible remote working options and hours. Accommodations made for West Coast (EST based company) - Good benefits (paid premium for health, dental, and vision insurances) - Ability to try different kinds of cross-functional projects that affect different stakeholders (product, ops, finance)

      Cons

      Not much, but since it's a start up there can be staffing change ups from time to time.
