Pros
Customers are hard working, down to earth, and appreciate great service. Benefits are adequate along with opportunities for entire staff to bonus.
Cons
District Manager was neither supportive or willing to step in and assist under staffed stores. Extremely unprofessional, discussing your stores opportunity areas with other store managers, in other words, childish gossip. If your a "yes" person with no opinion and prefer to be treated as a glorified sales associate, then you have found your dream job.
