      Pros

      The customer base is different than other retailers. Customers seem to be more patient and understanding than other retailers.

      Cons

      Poor scheduling, poor pay. Management has no training and does not communicate well. Very frustrating job overall, they expect complete loyalty with nothing in return.

      two many "priorities" to truly focus on all of them, low starting wages and budget for payroll.
