      Great overall work atmosphere. Best customers.

      Cons

      started working as an ASM at $35,000/yr. After 2 years was at about $39,000 based on 40 hrs and 8 hrs overtime weekly. Job then cut to 40 hour week dropping pay to $29,000. Job expectations remained the same.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
