Pros
The pay is good if you can get your store to bonus.
Cons
Most days you are not just the manager but the employee as well. You have yourself, a cashier and a backroom receiver until noon when the closing manager comes in. The amount of projects you are given makes it hard to plan when you spending most of that time selling, ringing register and the like.
